Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment. Delivery rates and estimates are calculated at checkout. We ship Australia-wide from Loganholme.

Parcels (tapware and compact fittings) travel by courier. Bulky goods (vanities, baths, toilets, large basins and similar) travel by specialised kerbside / ground-level freight - there is no complimentary freight on heavy goods. Parcels from $22.95, vanities $159 up to 1200 mm wide ($189 or $249 over 1200 mm), toilets from $189, stone and concrete basins $89 flat, non-stone baths $249 flat and stone baths $399 flat - the same rates Australia-wide, including all of Queensland. Warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer of this product. Periods and conditions vary by brand and item as described above.

Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes, and used and maintained as directed. Labour, removal, reinstall and making-good costs are typically not covered by the manufacturer or by Elenni unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
