We deliver kitchen and bathroom products across Australia from our Loganholme showroom. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode, item size and weight. There is no complimentary freight on heavy goods.

Parcels (tapware, accessories, compact fittings)
Courier rates by weight. South East Queensland (Queensland zone) from about $16.95. Rest of Australia from about $22.95. Exact rate shown at checkout.
Bulky freight (vanities, baths, toilets, large basins, stone tops, large mirrors and similar)
Kerbside or ground-level freight by weight. South East Queensland from about $89. Rest of Australia from about $159. Exact rate shown at checkout. Drivers do not carry goods upstairs or into difficult access sites - please arrange help if needed. There is no free shipping on bulky goods.
Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment clears. Special-order and made-to-order items follow manufacturer lead times. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Inspect on arrival
Check packaging and products before storing or installing. Report transit damage, shortages or wrong items within 48 hours to customerservice@elenni.com.au or 07 3209 9644 (+61732099644) with photos. Do not install damaged or incorrect goods.
Authority to leave is available on request; risk passes to you after confirmed unattended delivery. Failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.
