Trade FAQs
Can I visit the showroom before I open an account?
Yes. Builders, renovators and designers are welcome to visit first. Bring your project list, preferred finishes and plumber notes.
What should I bring so a visit turns into a usable quote?
A room-by-room list, your preferred finish (plus a backup), a tile or paint offcut, your plumber's set-out notes, and whether you want pickup or freight. More detail: what trade customers should bring for a quote.
How do I open or update a trade account?
Use the form on this page, or email the trade desk with your business name, licence or ABN if you have one, and the finishes or categories you specify most. We follow up with trade pricing and account setup.
Do you publish trade prices on this page?
No. Ask the trade desk for pricing once your project list is clear.
How do pickup and delivery work for trade orders?
Orders can be collected free from the showroom once they are ready, or delivered Australia-wide with the exact rate shown at checkout. See delivery and returns.
What is the difference between a retail and a trade visit?
Same showroom floor, different goal. A retail visit usually settles one finish family and the clearances for one room so you can order. A trade visit should end with a room-named product list, quantities, finish codes and set-out notes that hold up when the quote comes back.
