Warranty

Warranty terms are set by Lafeme for each model. Smart toilets need a powered outlet near the pan and must be connected by a licensed plumber and electrician. We help with claims, see warranty.

FAQ

What water pressure is needed?

The Neovanta needs mains pressure of about 0.15 to 0.75 MPa because it has no cistern. Your plumber can check this before you order.

Will it fit my existing waste?

Check the S trap or P trap set out on the product page against your floor waste position. Our team can help confirm the fit.
