Parcels (tapware and compact fittings) travel by courier. Bulky goods (vanities, baths, toilets, large basins and similar) travel by specialised kerbside / ground-level freight - there is no complimentary freight on heavy goods. Parcels from $22.95, vanities $159 up to 1200 mm wide ($189 or $249 over 1200 mm), toilets from $189, mirrors $129 flat, stone and concrete basins $89 flat, non-stone baths $249 flat and stone baths $399 flat - the same rates Australia-wide, including all of Queensland. Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes, and used and maintained as directed. Labour, removal, reinstall and making-good costs are typically not covered by the manufacturer or by Elenni unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Do I need a particular waste?
Most basins need a matching pop-up or dome waste and a bottle trap suited to your plumbing. Confirm overflow style on the listing and ask your plumber if the waste is included.
Is the finish the same as my tapware?
Basin glaze colours (gloss white, matte white, matte black, etc.) are independent of tapware PVD finishes. Coordinate the look with your mixer finish and vanity cabinet colour.
