Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment. Delivery rates and estimates are calculated at checkout. We ship Australia-wide from Loganholme.

Parcels (tapware and compact fittings) travel by courier. Bulky goods (vanities, baths, toilets, large basins and similar) travel by specialised kerbside / ground-level freight - there is no complimentary freight on heavy goods.

Free showroom pickup: $0 at 1 Bryants Road, Loganholme QLD 4129 once we confirm your order is ready. Hours include Saturday 9am-3pm. Call 07 3209 9644 before you drive in if collecting stock from the floor.

Warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer of this product. Periods and conditions vary by brand and item as described on the product page.

Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
