Vivid MKII SwitchMix Wall Basin / Bath Mixer Set Pin Up (Fit-Off Kit Only)

Warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer of this product. Periods and conditions vary by brand and item as described above.

Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes, and used and maintained as directed. Labour, removal, reinstall and making-good costs are typically not covered by the manufacturer or by Elenni unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Where a WELS star rating and flow figure apply, they are shown on the product listing or specification sheet when the supplier has published them. We do not invent ratings. Read our WELS basics guide, then confirm the figure on this page before specifying.

Plumbing products that require WaterMark certification should carry supplier evidence on the listing or datasheet when available. See our WaterMark explained guide and ask your licensed plumber to confirm suitability for your state requirements.

Keep the same finish family across mixers, showers and accessories where possible. Compare finishes in our tapware finishes guide and view samples at the Loganholme showroom.

Read the title and inclusions on this listing carefully. Some lines sell a complete mixer or shower; others are trim kits that need a separate in-wall body. Your plumber should confirm rough-in before tiling.
