Lustre bronze vs tiger bronze
Lustre bronze and tiger bronze are both warm bronze-family finishes. They can look similar in a flat product photo and very different once you stand them next to timber vanities, terracotta tiles or cool greys.
Commercial differences
- Undertone: Lustre bronze often reads smoother and more even. Tiger bronze typically shows more variation and depth in the bronze tone under directional light.
- Tile pairing: Both suit warm stone, cream tiles and oak-look vanities. Cool grey porcelain can push either finish toward a statement accent - check in person.
- Maintenance feel: Warm bronzes can highlight water marks on high-touch mixers. Daily soft wipe keeps the look even; avoid harsh chemicals that strip protective coatings.
- Do not mix casually: Treat lustre bronze and tiger bronze as separate families unless you have confirmed they sit together on the same display.
