Welcome to Elenni Kitchen & Bathroom Collection. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these terms. We keep them as clear as we can - please also read our Delivery & returns and Warranty pages.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Orders and payment

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for special freight.
  • Payment is required when you order (unless we agree a trade arrangement in writing). We prepare and dispatch orders after payment clears.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock error, pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already paid for that cancelled order.

Pricing and product information

  • We take care with descriptions, dimensions and images, but images are indicative. Colour, texture and finish can vary with screens, lighting, batches and natural or handmade materials. Minor commercial variation is not automatically a defect; change-of-mind returns follow our Returns policy where eligible.
  • Pricing errors can happen. If we spot a material error after you order, we will contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a refund.
  • Availability can change. If an item cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Suitability, standards and installation

  • You (and your licensed trades) are responsible for confirming products suit your project - dimensions, waste positions, in-wall bodies, water pressure, electrical requirements and finishes.
  • Many plumbing products sold in Australia are designed for use under applicable standards. Where a brand publishes WaterMark, WELS or similar approvals for a specific model, that information comes from the manufacturer. We do not invent or guarantee certifications beyond what the brand supplies for that product.
  • Installation must be by appropriately licensed tradespeople in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards and codes. Elenni supplies products; we are not your installer and are not liable for faults or losses caused by incorrect selection, incompatibility or poor installation, except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise.

Delivery, returns and warranty

  • Delivery is described in our Delivery & returns policy (including kerbside delivery for bulky goods and the need to inspect on arrival).
  • Returns and refunds are described on the same page.
  • Manufacturer warranties and how to claim are described in our Warranty policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elenni is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including trade delay costs, alternative accommodation or project overruns) arising from supply or use of products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid - as the Australian Consumer Law allows.

Site content, branding and imagery are protected. You may not copy substantial content for commercial use without permission. We may update products, prices and these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
