Parcels (tapware and compact fittings) travel by courier. Bulky goods (vanities, baths, toilets, large basins and similar) travel by specialised kerbside / ground-level freight - there is no complimentary freight on heavy goods.

Free showroom pickup: $0 at 1 Bryants Road, Loganholme QLD 4129 once we confirm your order is ready. Hours include Saturday 9am-3pm. Call 07 3209 9644 before you drive in if collecting stock from the floor.

Warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer of this product. Periods and conditions vary by brand and item as described above.

Elenni will help you lodge and follow up a claim with proof of purchase, photos and a clear description of the fault. The manufacturer decides repair, replacement or other outcomes under their terms. This does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent required by the manufacturer, products should generally be installed by a licensed tradesperson in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable Australian Standards / plumbing codes, and used and maintained as directed. Labour, removal, reinstall and making-good costs are typically not covered by the manufacturer or by Elenni unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
